it runs sorta fine on os x, but on windows it is glitchy and slow. Though, this thing really struggles in games.

But I love this computer so much and I even managed to get windows 10 on it, even after it was roughly 2 years too late for apple to support it on windows 10. Only a guess though and I dont have much money. Because people say the 2009 to 2010 boards are basically interchangeable, I was thinking they may have went through to the 2011 model year and kept those interchangeable as well. It seems a bit iffy about upgrading from mid 2010 to a 2012, so I was thinking about a 2011 model logic board. But If the two boards are directly interchangeable without any serious problems, this could be a nice upgrade and would breathe a few more years of life into my laptop!
